What it the quality of your lab grown gemstones and lab diamonds?

We always use the highest quality of lab grown gemstones and lab diamond for our jewelry. D-F colors, VVS clarity, excellent cut.

Are lab grown gemstones real gems?

YES! Lab made gemstones are real gemstones formed in a laboratory with the same composition as natural ones.

Are lab created gemstones valuable?

Eco-friendly gemstones are valuable because they are real gemstones and have fewer inclusions, making them more affordable than mined counterparts.

Are lab gems as durable as mined gemstones?

Lab made gemstones are just as durable and have the same properties as naturally mined ones.

Can someone tell the difference between a natural and a lab grown gemstones by sight?

Nope! They would need very special equipment only available in gemological laboratories to tell the difference between a mined or a lab grown gemstone.

Do lab grown gemstone have imperfections?

There can be many variables that can occur during the process, both naturally as well as in the lab. This leads to imperfections in the gemstone structure. The imperfections of a gem also make it more valuable and attractive. Raw gems have external and internal imperfections are called inclusions.1. External imperfections such as minor chips, scratches, and blemishes.2. Internal imperfections, such as a fingerprint of a gem.

Which payment methods do you accept?

OBY accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:

• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us

What does in-stock, shipping later and made-to-order mean?
  • In Stock : It's in our facilities and ready for a new home! In Stock items typically ship within 1-3 business days from the purchase date. In stock engraved and monogrammed take some time to get personalized, and typically ship within 7-12 business days from the purchase date.
  • Shipping Later : We don’t have it on hand yet but it’s coming soon! Not to worry, you can still purchase it, and your order will be added in the queue to be shipped as soon as they are available! The estimated ship date is indicated on the product page and at check-out for your reference. You'll see it above the "Add to Cart" button. Kindly note that you will be charged at the time the order is placed.
  • Made To Order : Once your order has been placed, we need to craft the piece since it’s being made specially for you, and can take a bit more time to be processed. Be sure to contact us with an estimated shipping date on the product page so you can plan accordingly.
Can you deliver my order to a PO Box address?

Yes, we could only ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) address via Standard Delivery method. Express Shipping cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

How can I track my order?

Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates in the My Account area. Track your order

How long does an order take to arrive?

Orders normally arrive within 5-10 working days of shipping. Please note that these orders need to pass through the customs office in your country before it will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays. Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. How to return my items?

Please see the return guidelines listed below to see if purchased items are eligible for a return. Please note that a return shipping fee of $10-30 is charged for returns. These return shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount. Exchange or return is limited to 1 time for the same item and we are not liable for any return packages that may become lost in transit. Can I have my order gift-wrapped?

Of course! We offer free sustainable gift wrapping and the option to add a personalized handwritten note.

How do I change my order after it is placed?
