What are the shipping fees and delivery timeline?

We are pleased to offer FREE Standard shipping to USA, UK, CA, FR, DE, IT, ES, AU. For faster shipping service, you can select from our Express Shipping options.

How can I track my order?

We will send you tracking details once your order has been sent out from our warehouse - this can be found on your order despatch email. For more details, please view: Track my order

Can I cancel or update my order? or change my shipping address?

If you need to make any changes to your order, including adjusting and canceling of the order or changing the shipping address, please reach out as soon as possible after placing the order.

Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request. We're unable to redirect orders once they have left our warehouse, so please make sure to provide a shipping address where you will be available to sign and receive your order. If you would still like to try and redirect your parcel once it's been despatched, please contact the courier directly to see if this would be possible.

For monogrammed and engraved pieces, once the order is placed, we are not able to cancel or update the order.

My order is delayed, when will I receive it?
