Refund policy
At OBY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you change your mind, we offer a 30-day return policy starting from the delivery date. Returns are easy, and we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the transaction.
1. How much is the return shipping fee?
Please note your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. Orders outside of Germany, Australia, Canada, UK, and US may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.
2. What is the return policy?
Please see the return guidelines listed below to see if purchased items are eligible for a return. Please note that a return shipping fee of $10-30 is charged for returns (non-applicable exception for Klarna purchases only). These return shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount. Exchange or return is limited to 1 time for the same item and we are not liable for any return packages that may become lost in transit. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.
- Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
- Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
- No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit, and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.
- When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. Please email us at support@obyjewelry.com.
All below items are non-returnable:
- Engraved and monogrammed products.
- Final Sale items and solid gold collection are not eligible for refund, exchange, or resize.
- Earrings used to pierce during a piercing appointment
- Gift cards
- Items without jewelry tags or that have been worn, damaged, or altered are not refundable and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
3. What is the exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all customers, starting from the delivery date. However, please note that Klarna transactions are not eligible for exchanges. For all other orders, if you'd like to exchange an item, please ensure it meets the same return qualifications as outlined in our Returns Policy.
To qualify for an exchange, please have your order confirmation email, order card, or gift receipt ready for verification.
4. What do I do if my jewelry is defective or I received the wrong order?
We sincerely apologize if you have experienced any fault with your new OBY jewelry.
Our customer service team would be happy to assist - please contact us before returning your item to us, so that our team can help more quickly and advise you of the next steps and time frames for a refund or replacement item.
*We will reimburse or pay for return shipping only in the event that we have erred. For example:
- The customer received the wrong item.
- The item is broken, and defective. (For broken or defective items, customers need to contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order.)
5. When will I receive my refund?
Please note your return will be processed within 7 business days from the time we receive it in our warehouse. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation via email!
