Shipping policy

1. What are the shipping fees and delivery timeline?

Quick note! Due to the particularity of the Jewelry, the quality of each product must be inspected manually and packaged one by one before they can be shipped.

Delivery time= Processing Time + Shipping time.

  • Processing Time

Processing time differs from product to product. Some popular styles can be shipped out within 24 hours, while engraved or custom orders may take 7-12 working days. The estimated processing time is listed on the product page. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your email address notifying you of your tracking details and projected delivery date.

  • Shipping Time

Indicated shipping timeline is an approximate number of days an order takes to deliver from the ship date indicated at checkout, and does not include weekends, holidays, and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic, etc). 

  • How much does shipping cost?

-We offer free shipping above $40 USD.

-Orders under $40USD are subject to a $15USD shipping fee for all countries.

* Express Shipping cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. We could only ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) address via the Standard Delivery method.

* Please note that the above shipping times are estimates quoted by our courier companies, so OBY cannot be liable or held responsible for any delays after dispatch. Delays do happen occasionally due to uncontrollable factors, but please be assured that OBY will do its best to limit any inconveniences that may arise.


2. How can I track my order?

We will send you tracking details once your order has been sent out from our warehouse - this can be found in your order despatch email.

3. Can I cancel or update my order? or change my shipping address?

If you need to make any changes to your order, including adjusting and canceling the order, or changing the shipping address, please reach out as soon as possible after placing the order.

Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request. We're unable to redirect orders once they have left our warehouse, so please make sure to provide a shipping address where you will be available to sign and receive your order. If you would still like to try and redirect your parcel once it's been despatched, please contact the courier directly to see if this would be possible.

For monogrammed and engraved pieces, once the order is placed, we are not able to cancel or update the order.

We want your order to be made just the way you want it! Please review your personalization/ engraving/ special order information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates, and names carefully. You are welcome to contact us if you have questions before placing your order.

4. My order is delayed, when will I receive it?

Should your order not be processed by the estimated shipping date, our Customer Happiness team will be in contact with an update within 24-48 hours (keep an eye on your inbox!). Keeping you informed is a top priority for us, and we appreciate your patience during this busy time of year. 5. What do I do if my jewelry is defective or I received the wrong order?

First off, our apologies! Please send your order number and a photo of the defective or incorrect piece to support@obyjewelry.com. Our Customer Happiness Team will be happy to help resolve this for you!

6. Will I have to pay an Import Tax upon placing my order?

*The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.

If you were required to pay a customs fee, please contact our Customer Care Team for further assistance. 

*Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so, a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the total order including original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Normal customs clearance is 1 business day.

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:

  • Provide a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
  • Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they abandon or return it to the sender.
7. Are there any countries you don’t ship to? 

Sadly we’re unable to ship to the following countries due to customs restrictions:
